How do we start?+
Send me a short message describing your project through the contact page. I reply within one to two working days and, if it's a good fit, we set up a short call or continue by email to lock the brief.
How long does a project take?+
A single logo usually takes seven to ten days. A full identity or a larger illustration set runs three to five weeks. Timelines are agreed before we begin so nothing is a surprise.
What files do I receive?+
You get vector source files (SVG, AI or PDF), plus exported PNG and JPG at the sizes you need. For brand work, I include a short usage sheet.
How many revisions are included?+
Two rounds of revisions are included on every package. Additional rounds are billed at a flat hourly rate agreed in advance.
Do you sign contracts and NDAs?+
Yes. Every project starts with a written agreement covering scope, timing, ownership and payment. I sign an NDA if your project needs one.
